PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elastic engaging structure for a cover, making the cover rotatable further upward from the normal closing position. SOLUTION: An extension part 16b is formed on the upper side from a recessed part 16a of a plate spring 14, so that a protruding part (the other end) of a cover 12 can be rotated further upward from a normal closing position (the position of the recessed part 16a) while resiliently abutting this extension part 16b. Since return energizing force onto the recessed part 16a side is imparted to the protruding part 13 of the cover 12 from the extension part 16b, the protruding part 13 of the cover 12 is automatically put back into the engaged state (normal closing position) with the recessed part 16a of the plate spring 14 by releasing hold of the cover 12 after rotating the cover 12 upward.
