PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an oscillating part not shaken, make a working force large enough for oscillating actions obtainable, and also to make the whole of the structure thereof possible to be shorter, in an oscillating structure of endoscope. SOLUTION: First and second compression coil spring parts 4 and 5 made of a shape memory alloy adapted to elongate by the restoration of the shape thereof are interposed at a mutual interval part between a tip holder 7, a slicing body 3 and an intermediate holder 8. First and second traction wires 11 and 12 are arranged along the first and second compression coil spring parts 4 and 5. First and second tension coil springs 13 and 14 made of a shape memory alloy adapted to be shortened with the restoration of the shape thereof are arranged along an extension line on the base end side of the first and second traction wires 11 and 12. Thus, the oscillation is made possible by the combination of the shape restoration of the first compression coil spring part 4 and the second tension coil spring 14 and the shape restoration of the second compression coil spring part 5 and the first tension coil spring 13.
