PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with variation of designs and dimensions of doors with less labor by attaching extruded moldings after cutting processes and surface treatment processes, on one or both sides of the front and rear panels of a door. SOLUTION: Long materials having the same section obtained by the extrusion forming of aluminum alloy by means of dies are cut to form end plates 3, and a recess 2 is formed at the rear face side and the end plate 3 is fixed to the recess 2. In this time, the end plate 3 is made to have a size corresponding to the recess 2, and the right and left width (d) is formed to be about 10-50% of the right and left width (c) of the door 1. Further, the sectional shape of the molding is appropriately modified in accordance with designs to be applied on the door 1, many kinds of end plates 3 are obtained from one kind of molding manufactured through one kind of die. In this way, the die cost is reduced and various designes can be given by partly notching the surface of continuously molded materials 3.
