PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter for a bathroom temporarily putting on small articles such as a towel and a brush used in the bathroom sanitarily and easily in a conventional counter space. SOLUTION: One part of left/right ends or the both ends of a counter 1 for a bathroom is formed recessed in a plan view. Therefore, a towel and a brush after being used are easily picked up therefrom or put thereon with a user sit on a bathroom chair so that the user needs not stand up or take a half-sitting posture to hung the towel on a towel rail. The user needs not wring a towel, make it round, and put on the counter 1 for the bathroom so that it is sanitary and prevents the towel from dropping on the floor.
