PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve size stability for temperature and humidity while crack prevention, damage prevention and surface smoothness are held by laminating a surface decorative material through a wood powder resin composite material having specific thickness on the obverse side of a base material. SOLUTION: A surface decorative material 3 is laminated through a wood powder resin composite material 4 having thickness of at least 0.1 mm or thicker on the obverse side of a base material 2. As the result, a floor material 1 excellent in size stability for temperature and humidity can be obtained while surface hardness is high, a smooth surface can be obtained and damage prevention is held. If the surface decorative material 3 is composed of a natural butted plate or a butted plate sheet, wooden external appearance can be obtained, and it is preferable. Furthermore, preferably decorative grooves 8, 8 reaching the wood powder resin composite material 4 from the surface decorative material 3 are provided, and scuffing can be prevented from being produced.
