PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door capable of being opened and closed even from both sides without the straying of a person having an eye disease, a blind person and persons reaching the reverse side by mistake. SOLUTION: In the door openable left and right and before and behind, a vertical bar shaft 4 constituting a whirling arm 3, a detent gear 5 and a return spring in a handle 2 mounting handle shaft 14 is connected to the whirling arm 3 by a joint 18. A double-swinging stop-bar arm 17 and a double-swinging stop bar 13 are joined with the whirling arm 3 by a joint 18. A detent-device gear and a metal fitting are constituted at the vertical bar shaft 4, and a spring 10, a bearing 11 and a ball 12 are configured at the lower section of the vertical bar shaft 4. The vertical-bar shaft detent gear is organized of a detent push roller 8, a roller push spring 21, a connecting-rod detent arm 7, a detent pawl 6 and a detent gear 5. A vertical-bar shaft detent metal fitting is constructed of the detent push roller 8, a detent metal fitting 9, a roller push spring 21 and a pawl 19 for the detent metal fitting. A patch for working the detent push roller 8 is constituted at a door frame.
