PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anticorrosive composition capable of preventing the generation of hydrogen sulfide and sulfuric acid formed in a structure such as a building pit so as to prevent the corrosion of the structure and an anticorrosive material using the anticorrosive composition. SOLUTION: This anticorrosive composition comprises a resin, a main agent composed of quaternary ammonium ion having antimicrobial properties and a subsidiary agent composed of an amorphous metal porous body formed by a hydrolysis reaction between at least one amorphous oxide selected from the group consisting of silicon (Si), aluminum (Al) and titanium (Ti) and a hydrated metal oxide.
