PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately output weft arrival signals even when the inserted weft flies in a disturbed manner. SOLUTION: This signal processor is equipped with the time-measuring circuit 11, the comparator 12, and a timer circuit 13. The time-measuring circuit 11 measures the time that the feeler signal Sf continuously exceeds the threshold value Vfo as a signal duration time T. The comparator 12 detects that the signal duration time T from the time-measuring circuit has reached the set value To within the judgement period from the timer circuit 13 to output the weft arrival signal.
