PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize clamping/unclamping a tool, tool replacement, and machining in a high speed in all by driving a draw bar in a high speed. SOLUTION: An axial directional clutch mechanism 70 for transmitting forward driving force to a draw bar device by a lever device 39, preventing the transmission of the driving force to a second draw bar driving means 62, and transmitting the forward driving force to the draw bar device by an actuator 30 to the draw bar device, is provided between a first and second draw bar driving means 61 and 62 by axis feeding and oil pressure respectively and the draw bar device.
