PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of a releasing agent and vapor to an atomizing unit and to save the space by inserting a take-out chuck between dies from the horizontal direction orthogonally crossing to the opening/closing direction of the opening dies, holding and carrying out a formed product, inserting an atomizing head between the dies from the horizontal direction in the same way, and executing the atomizing of the releasing agent and the spraying of compressed air onto the surfaces of the dies. SOLUTION: When die opening completes after filling a molten metal material into dies 20, a take-out arm 3 enters the dies 20 from the horizontal direction orthogonally crossing to the opening/closing direction of the dies. When the advancing of an ejector completes, a sprue 22 in a formed product 21 is held with a take-out chuck 1 fitted to the tip part of the take-out arm 3 and then, the take-out arm 3 is retreated. At the time of detecting that the formed product 21 is carried out with a sensor, an atomizing arm 4 fitting an atomizing head 2 enters the dies 20 and first air-blowing for removing a burr and a second air blowing for atomizing a releasing agent and drying the releasing agent and moisture, are executed. Since a releasing agent atomizing function is attached to a formed product take-out device 8, the space thereof is saved.
