PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure for the oscillating sorting plates of a rice huller wherewith the oscillating sorting plates for sorting mixed rice are easily inserted and removed and the operation is facilitated. SOLUTION: The oscillating sorting plates 74 of a rice huller are held extractably and insertably by guide rails 75 installed along the foreward and backward direction of the frame body 11 of the rice huller; and the rear ends are covered with a back cover 77. Therefore, by removing the back cover 77, each oscillating sorting plate can be inserted and removed very easily, greatly facilitating the operation performance.
