PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a player of a 'raffle' by a lottery processing by utilizing a lighting system for lighting a circumferential surfaces of reels. SOLUTION: Three rows of symbol display windows 3a, 3b and 3c are arranged at the central panel 2b on the front of a slot machine. A lighting system 11 is provided inside the central panel 2b to light the three reels and the circumferential surfaces of the reels. The lighting system 11 comprises first and second lighting devices 11a and 11b, before winning is determined by a lottery processing, the lighting devices 11a and 11b are set in a lighting state. When a winning is drawn by the lottery processing, the second lighting device 11b is extinguished.
