PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a photo-crable adhesive composition giving a cured product excellent in heat resistance and durability even when adhering base materials different in coefficient of linear expansion from each other, and useful for electromagnetic wave filter or the like by including an urethane (meth)acrylate, specific compounds and a photopolymerization initiator in a specific content ratio. SOLUTION: This photo-curing adhesive composition comprises (A) an urethane (meth)acrylate, (B) a compound having a (meth)acryloyl group of formula I [R1 is H or methyl; R2 is a 1-4C alkylene; and (n) is 1-10] and/or formula II (R3 is H or methyl), (C) a compound [e.g. 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate or the like] having hydroxyl group and one of ethylenic unsaturated double bond (except a compound of formula II) and (D) a photopolymerization initiator such as benzoin. The contents of components A-C are 5-60 wt.%, 10-90 wt.% and 5-60 wt.% respectively based on the total weight of curing components in the composition. The content of the component D is 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. curing components in the composition.
