It has been discovered that organoamine modified siloxane alkoxylates overcome the antagonism associated with nonionic trisiloxane alkoxylates on pesticide uptake in plants. The organoamine modified siloxane alkoxylates of the application have the average general formula: AMe2SiO[(Me)2SiO]x[MeSi(Z)O]ySiMe2A, wherein x = 0 to 1, y = 0 to 2, with the proviso than when y = 0, A is Z, A is Z or Me, Z = RO(R1)nR2N(R3)2, R is a divalent organic group having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R1 is an alkyleneoxide group containing 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R2 is a divalent organic group containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms, R3 may be hydrogen, an alkyl radical with 1 to 4 carbons, an amino alkyl of one to four carbons, or an alkyl of 2 to 4 carbon atoms which may have hydroxy substitutions thereon and each R3 may be the same or different.
