PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavated-material mixer, in which mixing is improved, the biting of stones, etc., is reduced and throughput speed is increased, in the mixer for enhancing the strength and grain-size distribution of excavated materials. SOLUTION: The excavated material mixer is composed of an introducing port introducing a substance to be mixed, a main body section 2, in which a mixture is mixed and transferred, a plurality of agitating rotors 4, which are installed to the main body section 2, have shafts at approximately a right angle in the transfer direction of the mixture and on which a large number of rotary blades 5 of the shafts are mounted, and a discharge opening 7 discharging the mixture from the main body section 2, and a plurality of the agitating rotors 4 are set up to different shafts respectively. Planes containing a plurality of the agitating rotors 4 are placed horizontally or within 45 deg. from a horizontality, the planes run approximately parallel in the transfer direction of the mixer, and the discharge opening 7 side is made larger than the introducing port 6 side in the speed of revolution of the agitating rotors 4 at that time.
