SOLUTION: Concerning a game system connecting plural pieces of game terminal equipment and a game data distributing device 100 to a network provided with a communication line 300 having the prescribed transmission band, the game data distributing device 100 is provided with a compression part 40 for temporarily compressing game image data after generation and performing main compression based on this temporarily compressed result and a transmission/reception part 50 for transmitting the mainly compressed game image data.
