PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically preparing a slip associated with an individual clinical record transferred to each medical office and adding the slip to the transferring individual clinical record, to employ the method for this system and to provide the required equipment. SOLUTION: This clinical record control system extracts a specific clinical record from a clinical record storing place 1 concentratedly storing and controlling many clinical records to transfer the specific clinical record to a transferring means 4, and transfers the specific clinical record extracted with the aid of the operation of the transferring means 4 to a destination 61-65 or transfers the specific clinical record from the station of one medical office 61-65 to the destination 61-65 of other medical office. Where, a slip entering given items on a slip sheet having a required entry section associated with the specific clinical record is prepared while the specific clinical record is transferred and arrives at the destination 61-65. The slip is added to the transferring clinical record to transfer the clinical record to the destination 61-65. |
