PURPOSE: A thermistor is provided to show a measurement to be able to revive, to be stabilized for a long time, and to have more high conductivity in the case of a non-oxidative process having a few oxygen content. CONSTITUTION: This is about the thermistor formed by a mixing oxidation material having a negative temperature coefficient of the non-electric resistance and the method to produce it based on a thin and/or a thick layer technology and the use. The mixing oxidation material has a composition of the general formula Ln1-YMA1-XBXO3. The Ln is at least one of the rare-earth element or the compound of it, the M is at least one of the element from the heat of the alkaline earth elements, the A is formed from the chromium or the zircon, and the B is formed by the gallium or the indium.
