PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a clock according to an inputted digital signal. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an oscillation part (a voltage generating circuit 4, a voltage controlled oscillator 5) outputting the clock signal (c) of a frequency according to a comparing signal, a first generating part (a frequency divider 6A, a phase/frequency comparator 2) generating the comparing signal according to the frequency difference between a reference signal (b) and the signal (c), a phase comparator generating the comparing signal according to the phase difference between input data (a) and the signal (c), a selector 3 outputting the comparing signal of the first generating part or the comparator to the oscillation part and a synchronization controlling the selector 3 so as to select the comparing signal of the first generating part when the frequency difference between the signal (b) and the signal (c) is out of a prescribed range and controls the selector 3 so as to select the comparing signal of the comparator 1 when this frequency difference is in the prescribed range. |
