<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the interval between adjacent upper-side and lower-side wire and to realize a required insulating separate distance, by winding around the outer periphery of a metal-wheel main body a belt capable of moving together with the wire, and by generating a void space on the rear side of the main body through providing two belt pulling rollers on the rear side of the main body, and further, by positioning in the void space an opposite lower-side yoke for anchoring an adjacent lower-side sheave. SOLUTION: A flat metal-wheel main body 1 having its circular-arc-form top surface is surrounded by a resin belt 4 along the circular-arc-form top surface, instead of conventional circular metal-wheel main bodies. In a central zone of the rear surface of the circular-arc-form top surface of the main body 1, a main-roller train 7 is provided. On both the sides of the circular-arc-form top surface of the main body 1, side-roller trains 8 are provided. Wire E is supported by both the roller trains 7, 8 via the resin belt 4. Two belt pulling rollers 6 on the rear side of the main body 1 are provided, the resin belt 4 is pulled on the rear surface of the main body 1 to generate a void space on the rear side of the main body 1. An opposite lower-side yoke for anchoring an adjacent lower-side sheave is positioned in the void space, so that the separate distance between the adjacent upper-side and lower-side metal- wheels is reduced.</p> |
