PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space more than the individual arrangement of the same number of piezoelectric vibrators by arranging and uniting piezoelectric vibrators with mold resin and to actualize the space saving and lower cost by making a substrate, etc., high in density. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator array 100 is constituted by disposing cylindrical piezoelectric vibrators 110 and 120 which are different in oscillation frequency so that the axes along the length shown by the arrow (a) are nearly parallel to each other and the length directions are reverse to each other. Two leads 112 and 122 extending from one-end sides of the piezoelectric vibrators 110 and 120 are arrayed alternately and mutually fixed, and the leads 112 and 122 are electrically connected to two inner leads 130 and 140 arrayed at right angles to the length directions. In this state, they are sealed in a pyramidal shape by molding. Both ends of the inner leads 130 and 140 are projected from the flank of the mold part 150 in the prismatic shape and bent into terminals 131 and 141.
