PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and cost of a device and to prevent generation of a jam at the time of carrying paper money by providing the device with a temporary storing board for moving paper money from a 1st position capable of loading paper money without bringing it into contact with a delivery money carrying means to a 2nd position located on the side of a paper money delivery driving part. SOLUTION: The temporary storing board 410 is arranged on the 1st position to be the upper part of the paper money delivery driving part 420 fixed on the lower part of an ejection part. When paper money is carried to the ejection part, the board 410 is held at a state lifted up by front part turning arms 422 and rear part turning arms 424. Since two front part turning arms 422 and two rear part turning arms 424 are laid down immediately before the ejection of paper money, the board 410 descends to the driving part 420. Since the board 410 is not moved in the direction of a paper money carrying port but can smoothly be lowered in the vertical direction, the space of the ejection part can be reduced as compared with the case for sliding and descending the board 410 in the paper money carrying port direction. Consequently the size of the device can be reduced.
