PURPOSE: A charge coupled device is provided to operate an efficient signal processing according to an action mode. CONSTITUTION: A digital steel camera(1) includes; an image generating unit(10) for generating an image signal; an input signal processor(20) for processing image data in a pre-establishing method; an image memory(32) being formed by the SDRAM; and a controller(40) for controlling the input signal processor. Herein, the controller includes; a CPU(41) for controlling each circuit of the input signal processor; a DRAM(42); a ROM(43) for storing a controlling program about the CPU; a flash memory interface(44); and an IrDA interface(45). Therefore, the CPU establishes a priority order of the circuit to be processed prior to each finder mode, recording mode, and replying mode for operating efficiently the signal processing of the image data according to the processing content of each mode. |
