PURPOSE: A magnetic composition is provided which has a high specific dielectricity, a low capacity aging in direct current field and long life of insulating resistance. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 100 mol of BaTiO3 as a main component and 0.1- 3 mol of first accessary component selected from MgO, CaO, BaO, SrO and Cr2O3, 2- 10 mol of second accessary component such as (Ba, Ca)x SiO2 2+x (x = 0.8- 1.2), 0.01- 0.5 mol of third accessary component select from V2O5, MoO3 and WO3 and 0.5- 7 mole of fourth accessory component containing oxide of R1 (R1 is at least one kind of element selected from Sc, Er, Tm and Lu).
