PURPOSE: A renewed and improved IC card connector is provided to connect an IC card having a terminal arrangement in a IC card reader system and so on. CONSTITUTION: The IC card connector comprises a member(2) having plural exposed conductive contacting units(16,17) on one lateral for connecting to the terminal arrangement of an IC card(4). A cover(3) is combined by a hinge to a bottom member for a movement going away from a movement toward one lateral of the bottom member and the cover has a receptacle fixing the IC card on the cover to rotatively move with the cover and to slippery-move the IC card in the right angle direction of a revolving shaft. Then, plural contacting units and a IC card terminal arrangement(5) are combined by revolving the cover of the IC card on the bottom substrate.
