<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic sensor with accurate and stable detection performance by supporting an integrated light introducing part, a sensor part, a light deriving part, and a fixing part with a specific interval to the inner walls of a case part in the case part. SOLUTION: An input-side optical system OUi and an output-side optical system OUo are fixed by a fixing block 10 formed by applying an inorganic adhesive AS around and hardening it so as to integrate a sensor part SU, the input-side optical system OUi, and the output-side optical system OUo. The fixing block 10 is fixed to a partition plate 18 by a stopping rod 12 with a stopper 17. In addition, the partition plate 18 is fixed in a case 31 to support the integrally fixed sensor part SU, the input-side optical system OUi, and the output-side optical system OUo with a specific interval 11 to the inner walls of the case 31. In other words, the sensor part SU is housed in a sensor region so as not to be in contact with the partition plate 18, and the input-side optical system OUi and the output-side optical system OUo are housed in an optical region.</p> |
