PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set up whether an output signal from a fire sensor of the 3rd kind is to be dealt with as a fire signal or not in accordance with fire fighting in a section by increasing the count value of a fire signal counter by one by an output signal from the fire sensor of the 3rd kind corresponding to a set condition.
