PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchanging efficiency and mechanical strength by forming a partitioning part in a tube such that the end face thereof abuts against the opposite side parts on the bottom face of a recess in a baffle plate thereby preventing the tube partitioning part and the brazed part of the baffle plate from forming a leak part. SOLUTION: The turndown part 3 of a tube 1 is turned down to the inside on the forward end side thereof and lapped over the central side of a cloth 2 to form a three layer turndown part 26. The turndown part 26 is projected farther outward than the width W of a baffle plate 9. Since the turndown part 26 projects outward from the bottom face 11, a joint 27 is formed over the entire length of the opposite side parts 12, 13 on the bottom face 11 of a recess 10 when brazing or soldering is performed under that state. Since no leak path is generated between the flow-in path 7 and the flow-out path 8 of the tube 1, fluid can be prevented from being bypassed and mechanical strength of the tube 1 can be enhanced at the joint of a partitioning part 6.
