PURPOSE: A process treatment device is provided to automatically process with a high productivity and to be able to obtain the process efficiency in a high precision degree. CONSTITUTION: The control device(100) using a working machine comprises:an input device(1) for inputting the data of processing shape about the final shape of processed products and material data(1b) about the quality and shape of the material to be processed; a data memory device(3) for memorizing more than one among tool data indicating the source of products of the tool fixed in the working machine; a tool route decision device(5) for generating the tool route to process the processed products and for deciding the condition to process the processed products including the speed of a main shaft and a transmission speed based on the data input from the input device and the data memorized in the data memory device.
