PURPOSE: The widely used method for dispersing metal particles counted by units of a manometer, has problems that the nano-particles are not necessarily inactive in matrix because of high surface energy. Another problem is that the nano-particle can be changed because a chemical reaction happens easily between the surface and matrix. The third problem is, the nano-particles are liable to form coagulation in matrix. Consequently the composite material does not have satisfactory non-linear characteristics, causing light dispersion. CONSTITUTION: A composite material is provided which contains laminated material, which is produced by laminating many polysililentmethylene layers of dispersed nano- particles of gold, platinum, palladium, copper and silver near inside of the highest surface. |
