PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which has minutely and complex patterned wiring parts and with which required electrical characteristics can be accomplished and provide its manufacturing method and a circuit device inspecting adaptor device equipped with the connector. SOLUTION: This connector has an insulating board 10 and wiring parts 11 formed on one surface thereof, and the wiring parts 11 are formed by etching a metal thin layer formed by subjecting a transferred plating catalyst layer to electrodeless plating process. This manufacturing method comprises a process (a) for manufacturing a layered product by arranging a catalyst layer transferring plate on which the plating catalyst layer is formed on one surface of an insulating board formation material formed of a thermosetting resin sheet and performing a thermocompression bonding process to it, a process (b) for forming the metal thin layer by removing the catalyst layer transferring plate to expose the plating catalyst layer and applying the electrodeless plating process to it, and a process (c) for forming the wiring parts 11 by etching the metal thin layer.
