PURPOSE: An insulating tank is provided to have a structure that a contacting ring is simple at the corner of a tank, to easily insert and to save costs. CONSTITUTION: The insulating tank includes two continuing watertight protective walls. Herein, one of the two walls is the main protective wall contacting with the products contained within the tank, and the other is an auxiliary protective wall(13) placed between the main watertight protective wall and a bearing structure. Moreover, two watertight protective walls are arranged alternately with two heat insulation protective walls, and the main insulation protective wall is elastically compressed and fixed against the auxiliary watertight protective wall by a metal combining device(12) mechanically combined on the auxiliary insulating protective wall(104).
