PURPOSE: Opium such as morphine is used for severe pain, but opium have side effects and drug resistance's, and is little effective on neurological or accompanying pain. Delta-acceptor-selector materials are acknowledged to have independent anti-harm acceptor potential. CONSTITUTION: Acridine derivative has a painkilling effect with affinity to delta-opium acceptor. Chemical formula one is acridine derivative. Cyclo nucleic acid derivatives in formulae 2, 3, or 4 react to substituted 2-amino benzaldehyde to make the compound in formula one.
