Homeopathic method for treatment of dermatoses by exposing lactose or some other mineral or organic support to solar radiation, diluting this and applying it topically. The lactose is exposed to sunlight for three hours per day, at the time when the sun is at its highest, on three consecutive days. Dilution is then by Hannemanian or Korsakowian homeopathic methods, typically to 9CH, 15CH or 30CH, and the diluted product mixed with a dermatological excipient to form a pomade, cream, lotion, solution or other topical composition. Preferably the composition contains 5 - 10% of the diluted material.
