<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the accumulation of toner caused by the contact with the tip part when the reverse side of a transfer paper is carried by a pinch roller and further prevent the contamination or jam of the paper by the accumulated toner by forming a paper guide into a flat plate form in order to support the transfer paper from under, and bending its tip part. SOLUTION: A transfer paper carried by the rotation of a photoreceptor drum and a transfer device is carried toward the nip part 12 of a heat roller 11A and a press roller 11B along the inclination of a paper guide 10. The bent part upstream side of the paper guide 10 is situated on the tangent of both the rollers in the nip part 12 of the heat roller 11A and the press roller 11B to increase the paper passing property of the nip part 12. The paper having toner adhered thereto makes contact with a tip part 10A to accumulate the toner, which often causes a trouble of reverse side contamination or jam of the paper. Therefore, in order to prevent reverse side contamination or jam of the transfer paper caused by the accumulation of the toner in the tip part 10a, the tip part 10A is bent so that the reverse side of the paper does not make contact with it.</p> |
