PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed signal circuit which can avoid the occurrence of crosstalk among signals propagated through signal lines at a specific frequency which occur due to the arranging intervals of through holes in grounding potential wiring patterns. SOLUTION: The resonance, which occurs due to the arranging intervals of through holes in grounding potential wiring patterns 311-314, when the minimum arranging interval L of the through holes which can be formed by the conventional method, or that of through holes which can be arranged with respect to the shapes of other signal lines, becomes sufficiently shorter than the electrical length of propagated signals (for example, the minimum interval becomes about <=l/10 of the electrical lengths of the signals), can be suppressed when thin film resistors 32 are interposed among the through holes 19 so as to separate the wiring patterns 311-314 from each other. Therefore, the formation of equivalent resonators among the through holes of the wiring patterns 311-314 arranged among signal lines formed of microstrip lines can be avoided, and the occurrence of crosstalk among the signals propagated through the signal lines at a specific frequency due to the resonators can be suppressed. |
