<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device and method for address list display which saves the scrolling operation and improves display efficiency irrelevantly to the number of addresses registered in an address book, and to provide a storage medium where the address list display program is recorded. SOLUTION: Address data are divided into groups corresponding to indexes. The device is provided with an index display means S10 which displays the indexes of the respective groups, and address data display means S12 o S26 which display address data of the group corresponding to a selected index and also of following groups when one of the indexes of the groups displayed by the index display means is selected. Consequently, the time and labor for scrolling operation is saved by freely selecting a desired index, and the address data are displayed to improve the display efficiency.</p> |
