<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure insulation on the main body of a pot core in a pot-core high-voltage transformer. SOLUTION: In a pot-core high-voltage transformer in which a coil bobbin 40 is placed into the main body of a pot core having a magnetic core substantially at the center thereof, insulating resin layers are integrally formed around the coil bobbin 40 by die forming, and the coil bobbin 40 is incorporated into the main body of the pot core. Consequently, the insulating resin layers are formed to seal the gaps between the coil bobbin 40 and the main body of the pot core.</p> |
