PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failure in a relatively simple and small constitution without lowering the productivity of media. SOLUTION: A load beam 2 and a flexure 6 are welded at 2 sites, and electrodes 5 and 8 are bonded to a recess 4 of the load beam 2 and the flexure 6 faced to the recess 4. The electrodes 5 and 8 are connected with a DC power source 9. When DC currents are allowed to run to the both electrodes 5 and 8, an force is developed by an electrostatic guiding phenomenon. Therefore, when currents are allowed to intermittently flow, bending vibration is generated in the flexure 6, and a slider 12 is vibrated. Thus, the vibration of the slider 12 can release attraction with media 14.
