PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector, that does not have a barb part and can be manufactured at low cost, while keeping functional features of an insert-molded connector having the barb part. SOLUTION: First, an axial insulating member 22 having slots 44, 46 to retain conductive terminals is prepared, and an insulating housing 66 having a peripheral wall and an axial opening is also prepared. The axial insulating member 22 is inserted into the axial opening of the insulating housing 66, and the conductive terminals are fixed in the slots 44, 46. This connector member does not have a barbed part and is manufactured without being subjected to insert-molding.
