PURPOSE: An electronic valve for a motor vehicle is provided to return a portion of operation oil supplied to a hydraulic actuator not to grow up the pressure loss of the operation oil passing through a valve when the valve is closed. CONSTITUTION: The valve comprises: an oil supply device(9) to supply the operation oil; a hydraulic actuator(16) driven by the operation oil supplied from the oil supply device; two pipes(18, 19) to connect the oil supply device and the hydraulic actuator. Herein, if one pipe of the two pipes(18, 19) supplies the operation oil to the hydraulic actuator from the oil supply device, the other pipe returns the operation oil to the oil supply device from the hydraulic actuator. Thereby, the pressure loss of the operation oil can be minimized.
