PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to register any speech as a recognition object, and to notify only necessary information by judging the propriety of notifying the recognized speech. SOLUTION: The speech pattern of an arbitrary speech is newly registered as a recognition object in a characteristic storage part 51 of a storage part 50, and notifying information corresponding to the speech pattern registered is stored in an information storage part 52. Moreover, speeches detected from plural microphones 11 are analyzed and the speech sources are discriminated, and no information on the speech which cannot intrinsically be detected from said speech sources is notified. |
