PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery with good charging discharging characteristic. SOLUTION: This secondary battery is constituted with a power generation element comprising a positive electrode 1, a negative electrode 2, and an electrolyte 3 stored in a battery case, the inner surface of the battery case is made of insulating resin, and terminals respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode are exposed to the outside from the battery case. Peeling strength in 180 deg. direction between the terminals and the inner surface of the battery case is sit higher than 0.2 kgf/3 mm.
