PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noise resistance level by detecting and displaying error data of exchanged data between an arithmetic control part and an output part. SOLUTION: A PC consisting of an arithmetic control part 3, an external input part 9, and an external output part 8 is equipped with a removing means which removes an error of exchanged data generated between respective parts owing to induced noise accompanying the operation of an external load and transmitted to the external input part 9, arithmetic control part 3, and external output part 8 through the wires of external input and output parts 8 and 9, a means which extracts and displays error information, and an adjusting means which can adjusts decision level for extracting normal data from the error data.
