PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry storage facility for a radioactive material having an exhaust duct with a low-pressure loss structure and capable of sufficiently securing a cooling flow rate. SOLUTION: A passage is branched in the vertical direction at the downstream end section of a bent passage section 10, a branch passage section having openings at the upper and lower ends is connected, and a plurality of support plates 12 for fixing the bent passage section 10 and the branch passage section 11 to an orthogonal passage section are installed in the depth direction in these passages. In this storage facility, the flow direction of the high-temperature air heated by the heat exchange with a storage pipe has no component opposite to the direction of buoyancy until it flows to the outside of the storage facility through an exhaust duct, the exhaust duct can have a low pressure loss, a sufficient flow rate can be secured for cooling, and efficiency can be improved.
