摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure partial discharge even at a position except a sheath dissolution (insulator connector) by detecting a high frequency component of 40 MHz or more of a partial discharge signal in a method for measuring a partial discharge using a foil electrode. SOLUTION: A pair of foil electrodes 10A, 10B are mounted at a metal sheath 2 of a cable, a detector 5 is connected between the electrodes 10A and 10B via a copper pipe 15 to constitute a detector. At this time, a plurality of the pipes 15 are used, and a distance from the sheath 2 to the pipe 15, distances between the pipes 15 and an electrode interval are preferably regulated. Thus, a detector in which a high frequency range of 40 MHz or more is a resonance frequency is prepared, the impedance of the detector is extremely lowered with respect to that of the sheath 2 to measure the partial discharge.
