PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a wasteful input, to facilitate setting, and to prevent an erroneous input by operating a weighing apparatus and a packaging apparatus in co-operation with each other, and at the time of a setting change of operating conditions of one apparatus, changing relating operating conditions of the other apparatus automatically. SOLUTION: If a conveyor 100 drops an article M onto a combined weighing apparatus 1, the weighing apparatus 1 performs combined weighing operation of the article M, according to a first operating condition for articles M (the number of bags, a target weight, etc.), read out from a first operating condition memory storage. Next, a bag-making and packaging machine 200 receives the article M driven out from the weighing apparatus 1 and packages it, according to a second operating condition for articles (the number of bags, the number of times of driving-out, etc.), read out from a second operating condition memory storage. Here, each operating condition memory storage stores for each commodity whether the weighing apparatus 1 or packaging machine 200 is a 'master' or 'slave'. And if operating conditions of one apparatus being a master are changed, relating operating conditions of an apparatus being a slave are changed automatically.
