PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wiring with a conductive wire of an accurate length, by providing cut marks designating conductive wire cutting positions on an outer cladding of the conductive wire for wiring an electric heater, such as an electric blanket, at a specified interval in the longitudinal direction of the wire. SOLUTION: If wiring is accomplished in conformity to its design, when a cut mark C-1 of a conductive wire 3 on the wiring starting side a of the conductive wire 3 is disposed at a predetermined location of a connector 6, a cut mark C-2 of the conductive wire 3 on the wiring ending side d ought to reach the predetermined location of the connector 6. Actually, the body of an electric heater, such as an electric blanket, is woven fabric, therefore shapes of sewn-up parts and tunnel parts, are not exact, moreover the tunnel parts are made to have a greater width than the conductive wire 3, and therefore, cases occur in which the cut mark C-2 is not disposed at the predetermined location. In such cases, it is only necessary to select a sewn-up position where the conductive wire 3 is folded back such that the cut mark C-2 is disposed at the predetermined location.
