PURPOSE: The device is provided to perform the bust receiving of control demand signal having different off-set timing. CONSTITUTION: The structure of the receiving device has the steps of: a synchronized circuit calculates correlation value in an each off-set timing; a circuit of synchronization decision and establishment decides off-set timing to be synchronized so as to receive the signal frame which arrives now by monitoring the correlation value of each off-set timing and also changes the off-set timing about the synchronized signal into a signal of a good quality if plural signal frames of different off-set timing arrives; thereby, it is possible to receive plural signal frames having different off-set timing using one signal decoding unit.
