VERY LOW TEMPERATURE AIR SEPARATING SYSTEM BY TURBO-EXPANSION OF HIGH RATE

PURPOSE: A very low temperature air separating system is provided to cool by the turbo-expansion of the feed air with the low unit driving. CONSTITUTION: The very low temperature air separating system is composed of: a first heat exchanger and a very low temperature air separating plant; a piece for passing the feed air(60) to the first heat exchanger and passing the feed air(60) from the first heat exchanger to the very low temperature air separating plant; a booster compressor(31); a high-rate turboexpander(32); a piece for passing the feed air(60) to the booster compressor(31); a piece for passing the feed air(60) from the booster compressor(31) to the high-rate turboexpander(32) without passing the feed air(60) through the first heat exchanger; and a piece for passing the feed air(60) from the high-rate turboexpander(32) to the very low temperature separating plant.
